When will my payment be deducted?

When you approve your order, whether it has been paid by payment card or MobilePay, the amount is reserved on your account. However, it is only deducted from your account when we have sent your order - that is, when your package has left our warehouse.

We comply with Danish e-commerce legislation .

How quickly do you deliver?

Orders received before 11 will be sent on the same day as best we can. But expect 1-3 days of delivery - the carriers must also have an opportunity to reach you.

Do you want to report a shipping damage?

If your package received a pressure-16 during transport or suffered damage in some other way, send us the following 3 photos:

- One of the package from the outside.

- One of the packages opened.

- One of the damaged ones.

Please also describe your experience of the condition of the package, i.e. was it packed thoroughly enough.

Where does my package go?

O'høj, your package is about to cross the equator with a barrel of Linie Akvavit - good fish takes time.

Ask aside. Have of the following scenarios unfolded:

1) Have you ordered on the webshop but not received an order confirmation?

2) Have you placed an order, received an email about the shipment with a T&T and not seen the shadow of the package?

3) Does the shipping company say that your package has been delivered and is this untrue?

What does semi-canned mean?

That can is not fully baked..

Semi-canned food means canned food that has not been autoclaved and thus cannot be stored at room temperature.

Autoclaving is pressure cooking, where a hermetically sealed product (e.g. a can) is placed in an autoclave that can be closed tightly (pressure cooker) and which, at elevated pressure and temperature, is used to sterilize microbiological substrates, infected material and equipment, e.g. surgical instruments, as well as drugs for injection. Autoclaving is also used in the production of canned goods.

Grøndal's anchovy filter comes from whole anchovies that are salted for 6 months and then filleted, after which they are gently canned with olive oil. If you chose to autoclave this product, you would find that the anchovy filters melted into the olive oil. A bit like when you e.g. use the anchovy filters in a tomato sauce or on a pizza.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer of Grøndals, you are covered by applicable legislation and you therefore have 14 days full right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal is waived if the product's original packaging is broken or it is a refrigerated product. But if you are not satisfied, please call or send us an email on +45 61 10 91 91 or kontakt@grondals.dk - your satisfaction means everything.

Right of complaint

24 months right of complaint. You must advertise within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the error or deficiency has been identified. The amount is deducted when the item is dispatched. In order for the item to be returned, its original packaging must be intact. In the event of a correct return of returned items, an equivalent amount will be refunded the purchase price. You will receive an email when Grøndals has received the returned goods.

Private policy

Grøndals understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
