On the occasion of Christmas, we at Grøndals have put together a special Christmas box. Kassen naturally focuses on serving wonderful taste experiences for the lunch table - and not least the Christmas lunch table .
The box contains i.a. our new salmon, a real herring and, not least, award-winning fruit brandy - Eau de Vie de Fruits - from Aqua Vitae Sydfyn, which i.a. supplies Noma. Not to name drop, just to say; that's how good their brands are.
ATTENTION The salmon is regrettably sold out, and will be replaced with 2 x our new mackerel fillet in tomato
True love for brandy
Kassen's brandy is produced by none other than Aqua Vitae Sydfyn, who with great love for fruit brandy supply some of the country's best restaurants.
Aqua Vitae Sydfyn started in 2005 and was the first distillery in Denmark to specialize in the production of eau-de-vie-type fruit brandy. To this day, they still have their hands on the brandy from fruit to finished bottle.

Sustainability we must take care of nature, so we only have sustainably caught fish.
Packaging everything is recyclable, so remember to sort waste!
Social responsibility we have no child labor and always ensure that no one is exploited or underpaid.
Shelf life +2 years from date of purchase
Store dry between 5 C and 24 C
Local production we increase quality and reduce transport and CO2 when our products are rooted locally where the fish is landed and therefore have the shortest possible transport route from sea to table.
