Grøndals served tuna at the Heartland Festival

Grøndals promotes tuna from sustainable tuna fishing and socially responsible production. Tuna from Grøndals is fished only with rod and line. A nature-friendly method where by-catch and overfishing are avoided, thus ensuring biodiversity. Our products therefore carry the Pole & Line, Dolphin Safe and Friend of the Sea certificates. Grøndals collaborates with Santa Cantarina, who is an expert in sustainable tuna fishing. When the festival's guests visit Grøndals, they will therefore be able to experience an exciting story about the tuna's journey from sea to table and taste tuna. Hopefully it will give a completely new understanding of and knowledge about the otherwise much maligned food like canned tuna.
