  • Puree the peeled tomatoes with a little salt and a little olive oil with a stick blender.
  • Dip the pizza dough in flour and press and roll the pizza dough flat into a pizza with a slightly thicker edge.
  • Spread some tomato sauce on the dough, but leave a free edge all around.
  • Add the onions and place the mozzarella cheese on top
  • Then bake the pizza in the oven at 250 degrees for approx. 12-14 minutes, until golden and crispy at the edges.
  • Pick and immediately spread the tuna on the pizza together with fresh basil, onion, fresh tomatoes, egg and a little olive oil.
