The book's narrative has its starting point in Martin's personal family history, travels and wishes for food culture, all that lays the foundation for the establishment of the company Grøndals.

The cookbook shows how to conjure everything from tinned tuna and sardines into delicious dishes with simple ingredients.

Sustainability we must take care of nature, so we only have sustainably caught fish.
Packaging is all recyclable, so remember to sort waste!
Social responsibility we have no child labor and always ensure that no one is exploited or underpaid.
Shelf life +2 years from date of purchase
Store dry between 5 C and 24 C
Local production we increase quality and reduce transport and CO2 when our products are rooted locally where the fish is landed and therefore have the shortest possible transport route from sea to table.
