Sustainable pole-fished Atlantic skipjack tuna with a naturally low content of heavy metals, traditionally fished and packed in BPA-free cans .The tuna fillet has here been given the flavor of locally grown chili peppers from the volcanic soil of the Azores. The good tuna, together with the mild, well-balanced chili and the lovely Portuguese olive oil create a wonderful flavor combination. The chili pepper with which the tuna fillet is marinated is grown on the neighboring island, so it is a product that tastes entirely of the Azores. The tuna fillet comes from locally pole-caught tuna and is processed with local ingredients and local craft traditions. The delicious taste of chili oil and delicate tuna is perfect for a Salad Nicoise that needs a little extra spice and flavor.
