Pepper-spiced salmon in organic olive oil
Description
Unique Danish fish preserves with smoked salmon, from filet royal, in organic olive oil. Fillet royal is the best cut of the salmon fillet. Each piece of salmon is hand-cut from fresh salmon, then gently salted and cold-smoked the old-fashioned way in a real beechwood smoker - this tinned salmon is created by Grøndals.
The salmon pieces are then placed in a can and drizzled with organic olive oil. This gives you a canned salmon that is fully preserved and does not need to be refrigerated as cold smoked salmon normally should - so you can always enjoy cold smoked salmon when you feel like it.
We ourselves are proud of how we have succeeded in creating both tasty and juicy cold-smoked canned salmon without the use of nitrites or other tricks.
The salmon is from the Faroe Islands and ASC certified .
